The project was developed in collaboration with Vegan Set – Hospitality Boutique, consultants specializing in Vegan Luxury strategy, who supported the creation of Il Mansio’s concept — from its unprecedented plant-based dining format on the Lake to an ethical and exclusive model of hospitality.
Architecture and Design
The interior design project, by Pelizzari Studio, unfolds in a carefully balanced dialogue between architecture and design — combining sophistication and structural precision with hues that create a warm, evocative atmosphere.



Each space has its own unique character, unified by the sensory allure of organic fabrics, natural tactile materials, and soft, enveloping light.
Hospitality
Il Mansio welcomes guests into six rooms, each conceived as an intimate and elegant refuge — ideal for those seeking privacy and well-being.
Completing the experience are a Private Spa, a compact fitness area, and a dedicated bike hotel service designed for cycling enthusiasts wishing to explore the region.
