Dump dinners are perfect when you’re in a crunch, need a quick meal, but haven’t gone grocery shopping all week. They are made from common foods around the house and are a quick but satisfying fix.
This 20 Minute Cozy Pasta Dump Dinner is perfect for those chilly nights when you just want to wrap yourself up with a hot meal and binge your favorite show on Netflix.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
1 box of pasta – your choosing
1 bottle of red sauce – your choosing for favorite brand
1 large bell pepper
2 cups of sliced white mushrooms
2 cups of sliced white onion
2 cups of spinach
1 bag of beefless ground beef
Crushed Red Pepper
How to Cook:
1 – Boil a pot of water.
2 – As the water is boiling chop and slice all desired vegetables.
3 – Once the water is boiling pour the pasta in, put a steamer on top of the pasta and put your mushroom, peppers, and onions in the steamer. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
4 – As the pasta is cooking and the vegetable are steaming, start cooking the beefless ground beef on medium low heat. Add some garlic powder, chili powder, and paprika on the beefless ground beef.
5 – Once the beefless ground beef is near done, add the spinach to the pan and cook until desired.
6 – After 10 minutes, remove the steamer and strain the pasta (make sure pasta is completely cooked).
7 – Pour pasta back into pot, dump all vegetables and beefless ground beef in with pasta. Add jar of sauce. Season with spices.
8 – Mix all ingredients together.
9 – Serve and enjoy.
This pasta dish is perfect because you can add any vegetables you have in your house to easily finish off vegetables and create a delicious and you meal. Experiment with different spices and vegetables and enjoy your cozy meal
